Floorplans range from 2,500 to 3,700+ square feet and offer a variety of options, such as gourmet kitchens, bonus area, outdoor living space and finished lower levels.  There will be approximately 10+ different floorplans to choose from with, each with several different elevation options – so no two homes will be identical.  Trescott will feature several different ranch options in addition to their two story homes.  Most homes in Trescott can be built with a three-car garage, with the limiting factors being the width of the lot and your budget!
